  3. 1. There is no on-line help.  Very unfriendly.

  5. 2. There is no clipboard support.  You currently can't save the board
  6. image to the clipboard to transfer it to another application.

  8. 3. The piece bitmaps are ugly and don't scale well when the window
  9. is shrunk.

  11. 4. There is no analysis function, a la gnuan.

  13. 5. There is no provision for setting up a board position interactively.

  15. 6. Arasan should accept files in EPD, as the TESTSRC program now does.

  17. 7. IWBN to be able to read a file containing >1 PGN game and browse
  18. it (a la PGNREAD).  Right now storage and retrieval is of single games only.

  20. 8. The interface code should really be converted to use a class lib other
  21. than Windows++.  One reason for changing is that Windows++ doesn't support
  22. Win32s.  It could be made to do so, but OWL 2.0 and MFC do it already, so
  23. why not switch ..

  25. 9. Of course, the chess engine can always be made stronger and faster.
  26. It is particularly weak in the endgame.
